Artie Schiller filly nabbed for $200K at OBS

Artie Schiller, sire of leading 2014 Kentucky Derby (G1) contender We Miss Artie, was well-represented at the April 21-24 OBS Spring Sale of Two-year-olds in Training, with a filly by the WinStar stallion bringing $200,000, more than 13 times his 2014 stud fee.

Consigned by Mayberry Farm, agent, hip No. 702 went to Klaravich Stable, Inc. after working a lively 10 1/5 seconds at the Under Tack preview show. The filly is out of Street Chant, a daughter of Street Cry (IRE) who is a half-sister to stakes winner Johnny Dollar. The family also includes track record-setters Drumtop and Topsider.
