Distorted Humor mare nearing $1MM mark
Monday, July 04, 2011
With her latest stakes win in Japan, A Shin Cool D is closing in on the $1 million mark in career earnings; she would be the eighth runner by Distorted Humor to achieve the milestone.

A Shin Cool D's win, which came going seven furlongs on July 1 at Kasamatsu racecourse, was the third stakes career stakes win for the 5-year-old mare. She has finished first or second in nine of her 18 career outings, and now has earned $934,408.

Bred in Kentucky by Winchester Farm, A Shin Cool D is out of Catalina, who is a half-sister to Santa Anita H. (G1) winner and $1.14 million earner Sir Beaufort.
