Exaggerator has best results of sale Saturday at Keeneland

First-Crop yearling sire Exaggerator had his best result to date at Keeneland September Yearling sale during the first Saturday session of the Sept. 9-22 auction when hip No. 1117 sold for $400,000.

Consigned by Warrendale Sales for Sandra Sexton, the colt went to A. Warren. The chestnut colt is the second foal out of the Kitten’s Joy mare Classic Joy, who is a half-sister to stakes winner Regal Conqueror and out of the multiple Grade 2 winner Classic Stamp.

Through the first five days of the sale, Exaggerator has had a total of 11 lots sell for an average of $190,909. He has 56 lots remaining to sell until the auction concludes next Sunday.
