Nawwaar rules in The Presidents Cup

Distorted Humor’s 5-year-old son Nawwaar, owned by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and ridden by Paul Hanagan proved best in The President Cup S. on Feb. 16 at Abu Dhabi Racecourse. This was Nawwaar’s third victory this season  and has an overall mark of 5-2-2 in 19 starts.

“Nawwaar clearly loves it around here and that rode like a really strong race; the fast time advocates that. He just loves bowling along in front, then quickens and runs all the way to the line. He is so genuine and these appear his optimum conditions,” said an estatic Hanagan.

Nawwaar came home a comfortable 4 1/4-length winner in an excellent 1:20.96 for the 1,400 meters (about 7 furlongs).

Nawwaar is the 121st stakes winner in Distorted Humor’s illustrious stallion career and is one of his three stakes winners already in 2014.
