Tuesday, March 12, 2013
With a winning bid of $350,000, a filly from the first crop of Pioneerof the Nile was the top-selling distaffer during the first day of the March 12-13 OBS Selected Two-Year-Olds in Training Sale in central Florida.

The filly, hip No. 148, had breezed a co-fastest time of :09 4/5 seconds for an eighth mile during the under tack show last week. Consigned by Sequel Bloodstock, Inc. Pioneerof the Nile, a Grade 1 winner at two and three, stands this year at WinStar Farm LLC for $15,000 LFS&N.
