Regally Ready by 12 in $100K Speaker S.
Saturday, August 02, 2014
Regally Ready upped his lifetime stakes win total to seven with a romping 12 1/2-length victory in the $100,000 West Virginia House of Delegates Speaker S. Saturday afternoon at Mountaineer Park. The son of More Than Ready has now amassed $1,486,666 in his illustrious career.

Regally Ready turned the 1 mile and 70 yard contest into a runaway with a swift move to the front after sitting in third for the first six furlongs. With no competition in site for the stretch run, jockey Rosie Napravnik wrapped up late to get the distance in 1:40.92 on a fast track (VIDEO).

More Than Ready's runners are having their customary great results in 2014, with seven North American stakes winners collecting a dozen added money races. His leading runner this year is the 3-year-old filly Room Service, a Grade 1 winner on both the turf (American Oaks) and the main track (Ashland S.).
