The Carreras de las Estrellas card at San Isidro is known as Argentina's version of the Breeders' Cup.
A Haras Futuro S. R. L. homebred, She's Happy broke from post 11 in the 14 horse field. Going 1,000 meters (about 5 furlongs) on the straight turf course, She's Happy maintained her path for most of the trip. In seventh with about two furlongs to run, she really dug in at that point, surging past the front runners to power to the lead she would not relinquish.
The victory was worth $168,750 for She's Happy, who has now won seven of ten lifetime starts.
