WinStar announces 2014 “Breed To Win”
Sunday, January 26, 2014

For the second straight year, WinStar Farm will hold drawings to give away 13 free 2014 stallion seasons through the farm’s “Breed To Win” promotion. This year’s drawings will be held on Saturday, Feb. 8th, and breeders who have signed and returned a 2014 live foal contract to one of WinStar’s participating 13 stallions by Feb. 7 at noon will be eligible to win.

“Our Breed To Win promotion is a way we get to thank the breeders who continue to help make WinStar’s stallions a success,” said Elliott Walden, WinStar’s President & CEO. “We introduced it last year at the opening of our new stallion barn, and it was so well-received that we wanted to bring it back. We’ll be giving away almost $150,000 in seasons. For those who are interested in breeding to a WinStar stallion in 2014, hopefully this also incentivizes them to get their contracts in before February 7th at noon to be eligible to win.”

The following WinStar stallions participating in this year’s Breed To Win promotion are: Bellamy Road, Colonel John, Drosselmeyer, Gemologist, Hold Me Back, Kodiak Kowboy, Maimonides, Overanalyze, Sidney’s Candy, Spring At Last, Street Hero, Super Saver and U S Ranger.
