Ghost Stalker gives Exaggerator a dozen First-Crop winners

Top-five First-Crop sire Exaggerator tallied his 12th winner on Nov. 1 with Ghost Stalker’s gritty maiden win going 6 1/2-furlongs at Belmont Park.

The dark bay colt, owned by R. A. Hill Stable and Gatsas Stables, was a one-length winner over K T’s Jilted Groom , who was nine lengths clear of the rest of the field.

Ghost Stalker was bred in Kentucky by Glen View Oaks LLC and is out of the Curlin mare Ghost Flower. Ghost Stalker sold for $105,000 the 2019 Keeneland September Yearling sale.

Exaggerator bred over 100 mares for the fourth consecutive year in 2020 and will stand for $15,000 S&N next year at WinStar Farm.
