Fed Biz had his second $300,000-plus juvenile during Wednesday’s closing session of the OBS March 2-year-olds in Training sale when Kellyn Gorder, agent for Parkinson/Goodrich LLC went to $335,000 for hip No. 457.
The filly, consigned by Mayberry Farm, agent, had a very rapid 10 second-flat breeze at last week’s Under Tack Show. The chestnut Kentucky-bred is out of the A. P. Indy mare Mama Nadine and is a half-sister to the stakes winner Royal Son. Mama Nadine is out of the champion 2-year-old filly Countess Diana.
Fed Biz, whose first crop are 2-year-olds of 2018, had a sales average of $266,667.
