A WinStar-bred son of Tiznow brought a top bid of $800,000 during the first day of the OBS March Sale of Selected Two-Year-Olds in Training, one of the best figures during the first session of the two-day auction.
Consigned by Eddie Woods, hip No. 239 went to prominent buyer Conquest Stables, with trainer Mark Casse signing the ticket on their behalf. The colt is out of Lasting Appeal, a full sister to Grade 2 winner Jump Start and the same family as Grade 1 winner Miswaki.
Tiznow has an additional five juveniles scheduled during the Wednesday session, which starts at 11:00 a.m. Ocala time.
