Grade 1-winning millionaire Take Charge Indy will be represented by three horses from his first crop cataloged in the Fasig-Tipton July yearling sale, which begins at 10 a.m. on Tuesday,  July 12.

First to go through the ring will be hip 74, a bay colt consigned by Marshall Silverman for Marathon Farm. The colt is out of the Thunder Gulch mare Thunder Lilly, whose dam Lilly Capote won the Golden Rod S. (G2) and is the dam of Humana Distaff S. (G1) winner Aubby K.

Hip 234, a filly consigned by Eaton Sales and named Roll On Indy, is out of Happybirthdaygirl, who has produced three foals, all winners, and is a half-sister to multiple black type winner Conquestiality.

Lastly, hip 242, offered by Lane’s End, agent, is a filly out of the stakes-placed mare Holiday Girl, whose only foal to race has also earned black type.

Take Charge Indy entered stud at WinStar Farm in 2014, where he bred 296 mares during his first two seasons. He stood the 2016 season for $17,500 live foal, stands and nurses.
