Haveyougoneaway dominates $100K Dancin Renee S.

Haveyougoneaway unleashed a powerful stretch move under Kendric Carmouche in Sunday’s $100,000 Dancin Renee S. at Belmont Park to score by 2 3/4-lengths, the fourth stakes victory for the 5-year-old daughter of Congrats.

A perennial leading sire of winners, Congrats once again leads all stallions in the category in 2016, with 101 to date, which includes seven stakes winners and three graded winners.

Haveyougoneaway, who has been first or second in all of her starts this year,  was a relaxed sixth in the early stages of the six-furlong Dancin Renee, with Carmouche sitting patiently until the top of the stretch, when she accelerated quickly to assume command inside the furlong marker, ultimately pulling clear with authority.

The final time was a very good 1:09.10 on a fast main track.

Haveyougoneaway, racing in the colors of Sequel Racing, is now 9-4-6 in 24 starts, with four stakes wins and 11 stakes placings. She has earned $502,425.
