Congrats’ Snow Man wins Duke City Sprint S. in 2020 debut

Snow Man, who was stakes-placed as a 2-year-old, made his 2020 unveiling in Saturday’s Duke City Sprint S. at Albuquerque Downs, coming from the back of the field to win the six-furlong contest by a neck.

Snow Man is one of 12 stakes horses in 2020 by Congrats, who is once again among the top 10 sires nationally by both winners and wins.

Snow Man is owned by Brad King and Stan & Suzanne Kirby and has won three of his four lifetime starts. His dam Lemon Splash earned nearly a quarter-million dollars and has three stakes-winning siblings, topped by multiple graded winner Falling Sky. Snow Man was bred in Kentucky by Rowland Hancock.
