Gryphon Investments homebred Pioneerof the Nile filly Eighth Wonder chalked up stakes win number two in her young career with a dominating five-length victory in Saturday’s $100,000 Jostle S. at Parx.
The 3-year-old is nearly flawless in her career following Saturday’s front-running score, with four wins in five starts. Her only loss came by a half-length in her lone two-turn start to date.
Eighth Wonder kicked off an excellent day for Pioneerof the Nile, capped by Midnight Storm’s stellar score in the Shoemaker Mile (G1) at Santa Anita Park.
Eight Wonder is a daughter of the excellent broodmare Cheeksandpeanuts, whose six foals are all multiple winners, including three black-type horses.
