Superfection contest winner visits farm
Wednesday, June 23, 2010
WinStar Farm's Super Name Game Contest Winner, Carroll Mayfield, visited the farm today to meet Kentucky Derby Winner Super Saver's half brother, Superfection, and their dam Supercharger.
"I feel as if I'm a part owner of him" Carroll said after taking photos with the pair and watch them being turned out. Her personal tour gave her the opportunity to meet the WinStar Team, co-owner, Kenny Troutt, see the new Training Facility, Stallion Barns and become part of the WinStar family.

WinStar Farm sponsored the contest in May to with Carroll's name chosen from 9,000 entries in the contest. Currently, WinStar is promoting a contest for Drosselmeyer's Belmont Shoes which can be entered at http://derby.winstarfarm.com/home_drosselmeyer.php.
