Boynton, a 2-year-old son of More Than Ready, beat a top-class field of maidens over the Goodwood turf course in England to take his debut by a measured half-length (VIDEO).
The chestnut colt is a half-brother to WinStar stallion and multiple Grade 1 winner Constitution as well as Grade 3 winner Jacaranda. Boynton sold for $750,000 to John Ferguson, agent for Godolphin, at the 2015 Keeneland September Yearling Sale.
Boynton, out of graded stakes-placed Baffled, a sister to both Emcee and Surfer, was bred in Kentucky Twin Creeks Farm.
